Google's Failure
written by Peter William Lount version 1, 20050914 I rarely have written on this site about politics as this is a technicially focused site. However this one is classic and so scarrily true that I just don't know what to say. My best wishes to those affected in the recent disasters. When we humans learn that Nature has bigger suprises in store for us than the evil that our fellow man actually does in whatever causes he believes in, no matter how well intentioned. It'll be a real statement about our so called "human inteligence" if we get wiped out by a meteor that could have been stopped simply because we didn't place enough resources onto that important task.
